Please read our terms of service carefully before engaging with our services. By using Lumera, you agree to be bound by these terms.
lumera — terms of service

By engaging in our services, you affirm that you have read and agreed to these terms of service. These terms apply to all users; failing to adhere will result in your not being able to access lumera's services.
Scope of Services
We offer coding services, including but not limited to the development of custom bots and automation tools. We also offer hosting services through Railway for deployment of your bot(s).
Client Responsibilities
All projects require the client to remain responsive and cooperative. We require all clients to respond to orders within 24-48 hours, inactivity will result in the order being closed or moved to the bottom of the list.
Payment
We take two forms of payment only, Robux and USD. Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of any project. Before any project is started, at least half of the payment is required. This will all be determined by your assigned developer. Failing to adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule may result in a delay or suspension of service.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client gains full ownership of the final code. lumera is required under Discord terms of service to provide the Discord token to you, meaning we must create the token of your bot. Hosting is offered as a separate service for $6/month.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of project details and sensitive information shared during the coding process.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement if the other breaches these terms. Termination does not relieve the client's obligation to pay for services already started.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of our services.
